Terms and refunds

Effective 2026-09-22. "We" is the seller named at checkout; "you" is the person who downloads or buys Keysrs.

Trial

You may use Keysrs free for 14 days from first launch on a Mac, with every feature. After the trial the app asks for a license to continue measuring and to use the gateway. Your keys are never locked away: the vault stays readable, and keys purge and keys autostart --remove always work.

License

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the signed Keysrs build on the Macs you personally use, for as long as you like. You may not resell the license or the build. The software is provided as-is; it measures and protects your own provider accounts and keys and does not include any AI service, API credit or subscription.

Source code is published at github.com/gshost1/Keysreallysafe. New first-party work there is proprietary as stated in its LICENSE; material published earlier under the MIT license and third-party components keep their own licenses, which are listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. Nothing here narrows rights you already hold under those licenses.

Updates

A license includes all updates within the current major version (1.x). A later major version may be a separate purchase; we will say so clearly when that happens, and your existing version keeps working.

Refunds

If you are not happy for any reason, email support@keysrs.com within 14 days of purchase from the address you used at checkout and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. No questions, no form. Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. After a refund the license is cancelled.

Support

Email support@keysrs.com. We aim to reply within two business days. Bug reports are also welcome as issues on the source repository, but please never include a key value, a grant token, or a log that may contain one.

Payments and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where the law requires. Your receipt comes from Stripe.

Limits

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided without warranty and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for it. The app reports what the local files on your Mac contain; provider quotas, prices and billing are set by the providers and may differ from what the app estimates.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Changes do not take away a license you already bought.
